As well as top price tickets to see the show the lucky winner will enjoy an overnight stay at the luxurious Cavendish London, perfect for visiting the shops and boutiques of Bond Street and Regent Street, and West End theatres. Also included is a two course meal for two with a bottle of house wine at the exquisite Franco's, just a short walk from the hotel on prestigious Jermyn Street.
GHOST TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All entrants must be aged 18 or over and residents of the UK. The prize draw is not open to employees of House of Fraser, Ghost the Musical, milktwosugars, family members of such employees or anyone professionally associated with the prize draw. Entries are made by completing the entry form above by Thursday 31st May 2012 (inclusive) (the Closing Date).
Any entries received by the Promoter after the Closing Date will not be accepted. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Entrants may not enter more than once by using multiple/different email addresses, multiple entry forms, identities or other methods. Any entrant who does so, or uses any device or system to circumvent this condition may be disqualified and their entries disqualified. No correspondence will be entered into.
Any late, damaged, corrupted or incomplete entries will be automatically disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for damaged or corrupted entries. Proof of sending or submission is not proof of receipt.
The draw will take place between the Closing Date and Friday 16th June 2012 and will be independently supervised. The prize will be awarded to the first eligible entry drawn at random. The judge's decision is final.
The prize consists of: two top price tickets to Ghost the Musical; an overnight stay for two people at The Cavendish London, including breakfast (www.thecavendishlondon.com); and a two-course meal for two with a bottle of house wine at Franco's Restaurant.
The prize excludes travel expenses to and from the venues, food and drink and any other costs associated with the prize and not specifically included. The prize must be taken by Sunday 30th September 2012(inclusive). All elements of the prize are subject to availability and cannot be taken during school holidays. Once bookings have been confirmed, no alterations can be made. Additional persons cannot be added to bookings. The tickets may be restricted to certain performances during busy periods.
The Promoter reserves the right to change the prize. All elements of the prize are non -transferable and there are no cash or other alternatives in exchange for the prize. However, in the event of the prize or part thereof being unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize or part thereof for the same or higher value.
The winner will be notified no later than 14 days after the draw is made. If the winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of first being contacted they shall forfeit their right to receive the prize and Promoter shall carry out a further draw to select the winner.
Under no circumstances shall the Promoter be liable for direct, indirect or incidental damages resulting from the prize draw.
Name and county of prize winner can be obtained by sending an S.A.E. to Ghost Prize Draw, CRM Department, House of Fraser, 27 Baker Street, London W1U 8AH within 2 months of the Closing Date.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, extend or terminate the prize draw and the Closing Date if it deems it appropriate. We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time. Entry in the competition implies acceptance of these rules. No correspondence will be entered into.
